摘要
介绍了一种新型的车载式车辆发动机振动信号采集系统,深入分析了该系统软硬件设计和实现方法。通过提高采样精度和稳定性,解决了在室外行驶或作业条件下采集车辆发动机信号可靠性和抗干扰性等问题,并实现了多种工作模式对车辆发动机振动信号的实时采集,为以后车辆发动机车载式诊断系统打下了良好的基础。
This paper introduces a kind of new type signal acquisition system that is applied to engine of vehicle. It analyses the software and hardware's design and method of realization. Reliability and anti-jamming is solved efficiently by OSR when acquisiting the vibration signal of tractor under the circumstance of field work and running. Through the muhimode real-time acquisition of vibration signal of vehicle, it can provide the favorable basic for diagnosing the fault of vehicle and monitoring the state of engine afterward.
