摘要
采用OM、XRD、SEM、EPM和TEM分析了含Cu奥氏体不锈钢经抗菌热处理后所形成的ε-Cu相.试样经过FeCl_3-HCl水溶液浸蚀后在OM下观察到,ε-Cu相最初在晶界上形核,随后顺加工方向逐渐长大成棒状,长度约为30μm.EPM和EDS分析表明,它是一种含Cr,Ni和Fe的富Cu相,较多ε-Cu相中的Cu含量达到80%左右;在时效过程中,ε-Cu相的成分不断变化.XRD分析表明,该富Cu相具有fcc结构,是Cu固溶体相.
ε-Cu phase precipitated in the antibacterial stainless steel during antibacterial treatment has been analyzed in detail by OM, XRD, EPM and TEM. OM observation showed that ε-Cu phase nucleated first along grain boundary and then was growing rod-like, its length is about 30 μm. EPM and EDX results indicated the ε-Cu phase contains Cr, Ni and Fe, and the content of Cu in more ε-Cu phases is about 80%. XRD and EDP proved the ε-Cu phase has fcc structure with a lattice parameter near Cu phase, its composition is not constant during aging treatment, indicating the ε-Cu phase is a Cu solid solution.
