烟蚜茧蜂畸形细胞发生及发育 被引量:6

Occurrence and development of the teratocytes in Aphidius gifuensis

摘要 烟蚜茧蜂(Aphidius gifuensis)畸形细胞来源于卵的浆膜层。蜂产卵33-36h后幼虫孵化,每胚胎平均释放150个细胞。畸形细胞的直径随寄生日龄而增加,由初始直径(22.1±6.5)μm增长到第5天达最大为(30.1±8.5)μm。但是,其大小受多种因素影响,随寄主龄期和外界因素等不同而有差异,即使是条件相同其大小也有不同,最小的9.0μm,最大可达100.0μm,但其数目却随日龄增长而下降。扫描电镜显示:畸形细胞表面覆有微绒毛,4日龄比1日龄的更长、更密,表明吸收和分泌功能增强。 The teratocytes of Aphidins gifuensis were released from serosal membranes. One hundred and fifty cells were released per embryo on average, when the first instar parasitoids hatched at 33 - 36 hours after oviposition. The diameters of the teratocytes increased from about (22.1±6.5) μm at the first day to (30.1±8.5) μm at the fifth day. But their sizes were affected by different factors, such as the stadium and circumstances. Their sizes could be different even the conditions were the same, in which some of the teratocytes could be 9.0 μm in size but others might be 100.0 μm. However, the number of the teratocytes declined during the course of parasitoid development. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) revealed that the surface of the teratocytes was covered by microvilli, which was much denser and longer at the 4th day than at the 1st day. This implied that they were actively involved in absorption and secretion.
