摘要
本研究测定了２０例充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者用益气温阳方治疗前后血浆去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）和肾上腺素（Ｅ）的浓度，并以２０例正常人对照。结果显示：治疗前充血性心力衰竭患者ＮＥ和Ｅ显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后ＮＥ和Ｅ明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），并接近正常（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示中药益气温阳方可抑制心力衰竭患者交感－肾上腺系统激活。
Plasma Norepinephrine(NE) and Epinephrine(E) were determined in 20 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) before and after treatment with Yiqi wenyang recipe,20 healthy persons were taken as noumal control.The results showed that:NE and Ein CHF were much higher than those on normal control(P<0.01) before treatment.NE and E obviously decreased (P<0.01) after treatment and almost reached normal level(P> 0.05 ).These results suggested that Yiqi Wenyang Recipe could inhibit activation of the Sympathetic adrenergic system in patients with CHF.
