摘要
为生产某一特别细长且内外表面要求很光洁的管件产品,采用了表面光洁的细长模芯加以车加工外表面的方法,保证产品的精确成型;同时设计了与专用脱模机配套的脱模环,保证产品的顺利脱模。此套模具通过一定批量的实际生产,各工序的使用效果均很好。
For shaping an particular slim pipe product with high demands on both inner and outer surface quality , a smooth slim core rod was adopted, and the outer surface of the product was processed by lathing. Besides, a demolding ring mating with specialized demolding machine was designed, which could ensure a smooth demolding. The mold set, having experienced a certain batch of production, has achieved good results at every procedure.
