介绍了竹炭改性涤纶纤维的生产过程、保健功能和物理质量指标,为产品设计和纺织染整加工提供了依据。纤维中的炭粉含有钾、镁、钙、铭、锆、锰多种金属元素,其制品具有远红外发射和负离子发射功能,由于炭粉的吸收和吸附作用,还具有抗紫外线功能和消臭功能。
Production process, healthy functions and physical properties of bambao-carbon modified polyester fiber are introduced in this paper to serve its product design and processes of its spinning, weaving and dying and finishing. The carbon powder of the fiber contains metal elements, featuring inferred and negative ion transmittion functions and is of anti-ultra violet and odor-elimination functions.
