摘要
为了解肿瘤穿刺细胞学涂片诊断技术在眼部肿瘤的诊断价值，在２０例眼部肿瘤患者中进行了细胞学诊断与组织学诊断的比较。结果：两种诊断相一致的病例：恶性８例（４０％），良性５例（２５％），细胞学诊断为可疑恶性而组织学诊断为恶性的２例（１０％）。三者相加共１５例（７５％）。１例细胞学诊断良性而组织学诊断是恶性（５％）。４例细胞学诊断因各种因素未能得出结果（２０％）。合计５例（２５％）。结论认为肿瘤穿刺细胞学诊断在眼部肿瘤诊断中有应用价值。
To evalute the teachnology of puncture cytology in the diagnosis of coular tumors.we compared cylolgical diagnosis with Bistological one in 20 cases of oculan tumors.Results:Far cases that reachel identical diagnosis we got 8 malignent ones(40%) and 5 beniga ones (25%) suspectedly malignant by cytological diagnosis withe Bistologically matignant were in 2 cases(10%),This three sumed up to 15 cases (75%).I case has got negative cytological diagnosis undetectabie with positive listological one (5%) plus the ather 4 Cases.accounted for the left 25%.Coclusion:The cytological diagnosis has practical value in diagnosis of culal tumors.
