摘要
目的:对比研究活动义齿与种植义齿修复双侧下颌磨牙游离缺失的咀嚼功能情况。方法:采用吸光度法分别对29例患者种植前(戴活动义齿)和种植后(种植固定义齿)进行咀嚼效率测试,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:不同修复方法咀嚼效率明显不同。结论:种植固定修复后的咀嚼效率显著优于活动义齿。
Objective： To compare the masticatory efficiency of implant denture and remove denture, in Bilateral mandibular free-end edenttflous. Methods： A defailed study was made, through spectrophotometry, 29 subjects before implant （with remove denture） and after implant （with implant denture）. Results：There are the difference of masticatory efficiency between difterent denture.Conclusions：Implant denture masficatorv efficiency is better than remove demture.
