摘要
发生于软组织的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤１２例，平均年龄６１．９岁，平均随访２９个月。本病与发生在骨组织的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤不同，病理学还可分为席纹样－多形性型、粘液样型、巨细胞型、黄色肉芽肿型。本病局部广泛切除可以得到较好的治疗，综合治疗特别放疗及化疗药物的应用，对减少复发，治疗转移有一定的疗效。
Twelve malignant soft tissue fibrous histiocytoma were reviewed.The average age of the patients was 61 9 years and the average follow up period was 29 months.The tumor developed in soft tissue is different from that in the bone.The typical pathological presentation of the storiform pleomorphic type,myxoid type,giant cell type,xanthogranuloma type.Wide margin excision may be good result.The authors conclude the complex treatment was a useful method for the MFH,especially radiotherapy and chemotherapy were effective for decrease relapse and treatment metastasis.
