整车延迟的备货订货分离点(CODP)应置于涂装完的车身储存处,最终产品在进入装配线之前重新排序。考虑到国内整车厂目前生产能力以及柔性化程度所形成的制约因素,整车厂也可以根据产品需求特性的不同。
The CODP of stocked up parts for complete vehicle delay should place at painted body storage area, and to rearrange order before the end products enter assembly line. Considering the restrict factor formed by current capability and the flexible level of production of domestic vehicle manufacturers, they can take blended delay strategy firstly according to the different requirement features for products.
