摘要
本文采用三维有限元应力分析法,以下颌牙槽嵴模型为实验对象,建立起三个有限元分析模型:无软村模型、有软衬模型和无粘膜无软衬模型。分别以五种方式加载,对牙槽骨内的应力分布和基托位移情况进行了分析,结论如下:①软衬前后应力峰值无明显改变,假设无粘膜无轨衬时应力峰值很大,提示临床上软衬材料主要适应征是粘膜萎缩较薄的患者;②用软衬材料后基托位移增大;③软衬材料不能改变牙槽骨支持始力的主要部位,下颌牙槽嵴前牙区舌斜面和后牙区须、舌斜面为主要力支持区,牙槽嵴顶不是应力最大的区域。
In this study, a three-dimensional finite -element stress analysis was used. A model of mandibular alveolar ridge was chosen. The stress distribution in bone of alveolar ridge and the displacement of demure were examined at five load conditions. Following conclusion may be made: the number of highest stress did not change remarkably after soft liner was used, and the place of impact stress was unchanged.
