摘要
采用组胺与体外培养的人胚口腔粘膜成纤维细胞共同培养(实验组),光镜、电镜对培养的成纤维细胞进行形态观察和形态计量分析。结果表明:①组胺可促使成纤维细胞呈复层生长。②实验组成纤维细胞粗面内质同、线粒体的体密度、面密度增大,比表面减小,线粒体的数密度增大,与对照组比较差异有显著性。提示:组胺可促进成纤维细胞增生,增生的成纤维细胞功能活跃,间接证实肥大细胞在口腔粘膜下纤维性变发病过程中的促进作用。
It was performed that the histamine were co-cultured with the fibroblasts from human embryo oral mucosa (OMDb). The OMFb were observed with light microscopy and transmission micrcscopy. The results showed that ① the co-culturing OMFb were more stratified ② the volume densitg. surface density of rough endoplasmic reticular (RER) and mitchondria (Mi) in OMFb and the numerical density of Mi in OMFb were increasad significantly; the specific surface of Mi. RER were decreased significantly. The results suggested that histamine can promote proliferatron of OMFb; and the function of proliferative OMFb is active.
