摘要
针对Canny算法检测边缘的准确性,提出了基于Canny算法的彩色图像边缘检测方法。根据Canny算法的特性,用近似高斯函数的滤波器平滑图像;利用梯度模板计算图像的向量梯度及方向角,并依据方向角对梯度图像进行非极大值抑制;计算高、低两个阈值,基于8邻域连接边缘点。实验结果证明,该方法继承了Canny的性能,并充分利用了彩色信息,能较好地检测出彩色图像边缘。
Based on the accuracy of Canny algorithm detecting edge, color image edge detecting method is proposed. According to Canny algorithm character, filter approximating Gaussian function smoothing inage is used, gradient mask calculates vectors gradient magnitude and direction angle, and nonmaximal suppression for the gradient magnitude are used. Calculated the high and low threshold, edge linking by incorporating the weak pixels is performed that are 8-connected to the strong pixels. The practise shows that the algorithm can detect the color edge better with taking enough agvantage of color imformation and inheriting Canny character.
