摘要
设计了一种用单片机控制的新型测量气体绝热指数智能实验仪。该智能仪器的硬件核心部分是MCS51单片机,外围电路包括传感器、A/D转换器、键盘和LCD显示模块等四部分。传感器将压力、温度转换成电学信号,A/D转换器对这些信号进行数字化转换,单片机对采集的压力和温度数据进行简单处理,再送入具有图形和文字显示功能的LCD显示模块,实现对压力和温度的实时显示。键盘电路完成实验人员对仪器的设置和操作。单片机程序设计使用模块化设计方法,便于以后对实验装置的进一步完善。
The intellective instrument of measuring adiabatic exponent of gas controlled by Micro Controller Unit (MCU) is designed briefly, which is used for measuring adiabatic exponent of gas. The core part of the equipment is MCS51. The designing process contains A/D Converter and the interface between human and machine. A/D Converter deals with sensor, output signal, signal debugging and the application of the A/D Converter, while the interface between human and machine consists the design of the keyboard and the modulating of LCD, Assemble language is used during modularizing programming in the design of software.
