摘要
基于元件的定数截尾寿命试验数据,切换开关的成败型试验数据,对指数寿命型元件温贮备系统可靠性的近似置信限进行了研究,并给出了近似计算公式。
The problems of reliability evaluation for warm stand-by systems are studied, and got the formula to calculate lower confidence limits of the reliability is got based on fixed number testing data of components and passfail testing data of switch.
