摘要
随着我国能源消费和进出口的快速增长,国内能源市场与国际能源市场的相互影响程度不断加大。能源价格需要与国际接轨,国际能源价格的变动,促使我国注重与能源生产国、消费国的合作,建立起依赖于市场的能源价格形成机制。因此,要加快推进资源性产品价格改革,切实建立起反映市场供求、资源稀缺程度以及污染损失成本的价格形成机制,积极进行能源金融市场体系建设,完善相应的法律法规。
With the rapid increasing of consumption and imports and exports of Chinese energy, the degree of the mutual influence between national and international energy＇s market becomes more and more in- creasing. The price of Chinese energy should be joined in the international market, the changing of the price of international energy may urge china to cooperate with the countries with big number production and consumption, and establish the price-forming system of energy which should lie on the market. Therefore, it should be fast to reform the price of resource-making production, to set up the price-forming system which can reflect the market supply and demand, the degree of rare of resource and loss costing of pollution, to found the system of energy and finance market, to perfect the relevant legislation.
