摘要
分析了铝电解槽阴极结构、材料对电解槽使用寿命、性能方面的影响,简要阐述了我国铝电解技术与世界先进水平的主要差距。提出了改变平均槽寿命短、单位电耗产量及能量效率低的措施是采用新一代的阴极内衬材料,开发高质量的阴极碳块。
Analysis the influence of properties and lifetime for the materials and structure of cathode, and explain the major gap with worldwide advance stage. Issue that adopt the new generation cathode lining materials can change the short of average cell lifetime and output of unit current drain as well as change the lower energy efficiency, and develop the high quality carbon cathode.
