摘要
为研究高温、噪声及复合因素对大鼠血浆及肺组织中内皮素(ET)含量的影响,用特异性放射免疫法对80只Wistar大鼠进行检测(每组暴露1h).结果:(1)对照组、高温组、噪声组及复合因素组血浆ET含量分别为821.5±49.3、786.8±46.0、823.6±58.6及703.1±29.6pg/mL,复合因素组血浆ET含量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05).(2)对照组、高温组、噪声组及复合因素组肺ET含量分别为21.6±7.6、53.6±15.1、45.1±7.1及17.2±2.3pg/mg ww,噪声组肺ET含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。噪声组肺ET含量明显升高与噪声使交感神经紧张性增加,肺组织缺氧有关.ET是目前已知最强的支气管收缩剂,故强噪声可引发支气管哮喘.ET对心肌具有剂量依赖性正性肌力作用,可使血浆中加压素,肾上腺素水平增加,复合因素组血浆ET含量下降可能会使心肌收缩力减弱,血压下降,进而出现心慌、头晕、疲乏等症状,使工作耐力下降.
Endothelin (ET) content of plasma and lung were determined in rats under the ef-fect of heat (40℃,relative humidity 82% ),noise (115dB) and combined heat and noise (each ratexposed for 1 h). The results: (1) ET content of plasma in control group, heat group, noisegroup and combined group were 821.5±49. 3, 786. 8±46. 0,823. 6±58. 6 and 703. 1±29. 6 pg/mlrespectively. That of combined group decreased significantly,compared with that of control group(P<0. 05). (2) ET content of lung in control group, heat group, noise group and combinedgroup were 21. 6±7. 6, 53. 6±15. 1,45. 1±7. 1 and 17. 2±2. 3 pg/mg ww respectively. That ofnoise group increased obviously, compared with that of control group (P<0. 05). Increase of ETof lung after noise exposure in rats might be caused by excitement of sympathetic nerve and anoxiaof lung. It is known that ET is the most forceful brnchoconstrictor at the present, so, noise mycause brochial asthma. ET has a positive interrelation on myocardial constriction,pitressin and a-drenaline content of plasma,so it might cause palpitation, dizziness,fatigue by ET decrease afterexposure of heat and noise combined.
