摘要
从理论与临床角度，探讨传统的针灸学与现代康复医学中的促通技术在治疗中风后偏瘫（下肢）中的异同。认为在促通技术理论的指导下，选用相应的腧穴与针刺方式，对促进低级中枢的尽快“苏醒”，改善下肢屈肌功能，纠正髁内外翻，减少与防止后遗症的发生等方面均有较好效果。
From the viewpoint of the theory and clinics,the difference in the treatment of hemiparalysis (legs) after windstroke between traditional acupuncture and promoting inducing technique of modern rehabilitation is studied.It is thought that the selection of the points and the manipulation of acupuncture under the guidance of promoting inducing theory has the good effect.It is good for the promotion of the quicker awaking of lower center,the improvement of the flexors of leg,the correction of the inversion and eversion of ankle,and the reduction and prevention of the squels.
