生、熟葵花籽油中脂肪酸组成的GC—MS分析 被引量:24

摘要 选取生、熟葵花籽,去壳研碎,用索氏抽提法提取脂肪,将提出的脂肪甲酯化,并用气相色谱-质谱法测其脂肪酸组成。结果表明:葵花籽油中主要含有8种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸为其主要成分,其中单不饱和脂肪酸主要为油酸,含量分别为34.88%、38.11%,多不饱和脂肪酸主要为亚油酸,含量分别为55.12%、51.82%。分析结果表明:生、熟葵花籽油所含脂肪酸成分相近,亚油酸和油酸的含量有较大差别。
