摘要
本文报告作者采用RF系统治疗36例胸腰椎骨折患者。其中男25例,女11例,年龄22~48岁,平均32岁。全部病例均在伤后7d内手术。术后22例压缩性骨折患者获得解剖复位,余病例X线片显示脊柱生理前凸及伤椎高度恢复满意。作者认为RF系统结构简单,操作方便,并发症少,疗效优于Harrington和其他脊柱固定器械。
36 patients with fractures of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine were treated with a spinal pedical screw reduction fixation system(RF system). Among them there were 25 male and 11 female. Age ranged from 22 to 48 years,average 32 years. All patients were operated on by RF system in seven days after injury. Postoperatively 22 patients of spine compression fractures had anatomical reduction. In other patients,X-ray examination revealed normal spinal lordosis and vertebral body height. The spinal canal area increases over 38% by CT scaning (P<0. 01). The authors conclud that RF system is simple in structure,easy to operate and no important complications after surgery. Therefore it gives more satisfactory results than conventional Harrington and other segmental spinal instrumentation systems.
