半球加工表面粗糙度及其控制技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 对半球形零件车削过程中刀具运动轨迹与零件加工型面之间的关系进行分析,从几何运动学角度探讨了加工表面残留面积高度。分析知,残留面积高度主要随进给量增大而增大。在进给量一定时,加工半球半径大,残留面积高度相对小。并对实际加工中表面粗糙度的主要影响因素及控制方法进行分析,为半球件车削表面质量的控制提供了依据。 Analyzing the geometric features between tool movement and surface contour in turning processing. The height of spanzipfel, which is significantly affected by feed rate, increases with feed rate. While feed rate is constant, the height of spanzipfel decreased with spherial radius increasing. Based on analysis of main factors influenced on surface roughness in practise,the controlment method is also presented.
