摘要
通过对不同专家学者用不同激光分别作用于输精管或睾丸的动物实验和临床应用的阐述，说明激光能产生一系列生物效应，达到男性节育的目的。各学者分别从物理、病理、功能等不同方面证实了激光用于男性节育的可靠性。最后笔者认为，若把氩离子激光通过光纤引导到输精管中进行照射，输精管便产生纤维瘢痕而堵塞，且不影响输精管周围的其它组织，粘连、水肿等近期副作用将大为减少。
This paper describes the animal experiment and clinical application of different kinds of lasers affecting respectively deferent duct or testis.It showed that laser could produce a series of biological effects and achieve male birth control.And the result was reliable and the operation was simple.Thus the author considers that vas deferens,if irradiated with argon laser which is conducted by the optical fibre,will be coagulated by the fibre spots,which can’t influence the peripheral tissues of vas deferens and such side effects as adhesion and oedema will greatly decrease.
