介绍了高频激励千瓦级激光器低阶模多折腔的设计过程和实验结果,获得模式结构TEM00+TEM01的15kW输出,发散角为163mrad,M2=1.70。
This paper introduces the design model of resonator for HF excited TF CO 2 laser to provide the 1.5kW industrial applications.Here the three folded resonator structure is employed.According to the design,a experimental system is built to provide TEM 00 and TEM 01 mode with high power output over 1.5kW,and 1.63 mrad divergence angle, M 2=1.70.
