子宫内膜干细胞研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜是一种具有高度增殖活性,周期性更新的组织,子宫内可能含有子宫内膜干细胞,本文对子宫内膜干细胞存在的可能性,存在部位以及来源等进行总结,并且对于克隆形成能力、X染色体失活试验以及标记滞留细胞试验等多种方法对子宫内膜干细胞的研究进展进行了综述。
