摘要
针对当前矩形件切割中板材和能源浪费、切割效率不高、切割质量不好等问题,从切割路径的优化入手,采用把相同尺寸的矩形件进行组合形成组合矩形块的思想进行优化排样;利用共边切割和连续切割,提出了一种适用的组合矩形块切割方式,并利用遗传算法解决了多选择、切割始终点不一致的组合矩形件切割顺序问题。算例表明,该切割方法不但能很好地满足工艺要求,而且使切割路径得到优化。
The paper aims at solving the problems of incision of the rectangular pieces, such as the waste of the stuff and the energy sources, the low cutting efficiency and quality. Considering the optimization of incising path, we put forward a method of combining the rectangle pieces to combined-rectangle-piece. With the common-border incising and continuous incising, we put forward a useful incising mode for combined-rectangle-piece, and the genetic algorithm we used solve the incising sequence problem of combined rectangle pieces, in which there are multiple selections and abhorrent start-end points. The example indicates that the method we put forward satisfies the demand of craftworks, as well as optimizes the paths.
