脑弥漫性轴索损伤26例临床分析

摘要 目的:探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤的发病机制及其与脑挫裂伤、原发性脑干损伤、脑震荡的关系。方法:分析26例DAI患者的临床资料和影像学特点与原发性脑损伤的特征进行比较。结果:死亡5例,植物生存4例,重残2例,中残4例,轻残6例,良好5例。结论:DAI是常见的弥漫性脑损伤,是外伤直接引起的脑白质广泛性轴索损伤,常包含脑震荡、原发性脑干损伤、脑皮质挫裂伤。
