摘要
随着3G时代的到来,移动通信服务的重点也将逐渐由传统的语音向增值业务方面转移,移动增值业务质量保障对电信运营商提出了更高的要求。本文对3G增值业务质量监测平台的功能模块、接口类型进行深入分析,最后对平台开发所应用的软件开发技术进行介绍。
With 3G times, the focus of mobile communications will be transferred to the value-added services. The mobile value-added service quality assurance will be a higher demand for Telecom operators. The function modules and interfaces of the 3G value-added services quality monitoring platform are analyzed in detail by this paper. Finally, the software developing technology for this platform is introduced.
