单体和预聚物对UV喷墨油墨性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 单体和预聚物对UV喷墨油墨的性能有很大的影响,本论文通过改变预聚物的种类和颜基比,制备色浆,测试了粒度及其分布,探讨了不同的预聚物和颜基比对UV喷墨油墨色浆分散性的影响,实验结果表明,用预聚物V100在颜基比为2:1时所制备的色浆具有良好的分散性;通过考察单一单体对UV喷墨油墨性能的影响,利用NPGDA、EOEOEA、DPGDA组成的混合单体稀释色浆制备成UV喷墨油墨样品,采用配方试验方法,得到UV喷墨油墨样品各项性能参数最佳的混合单体的比例为3:30:20。 Monomer and pro-polymer seriously affect the performance of UV-curable inkjet ink. The dispersivity of primary inks prepared by changing the ratio of pigment to pro-polymer and the type of pro-polymer are testing. And the effects of different ratio of pigment to pro-polymer and pro-polymer on the dispersivity of primary inks are studied. The results show that the primary ink prepared by pro-polymer V100 and the ratio of pigment to pro-polymer 2:1 has the best dispersivity. According to study the effects of the different monomers on the performance of UV-curable inkjet ink, UV-curable inkjet ink is prepared by the mixed monomers which is made up of EOEOEA、 DPGDA and NPGDA. The results indicate that the optimum proportion of the mixed monomer which can make the ink obtain the best overall performance is 3:30:20 with the way of formulation experiment.
