摘要
近些年,国际社会日益关注粉末涂料在制作和施工上的安全问题。通过分析粉末涂料在原料选择、生产、使用以及废弃处置等过程中存在的安全问题,提出了相关的安全管理措施,指出了在粉末涂料安全试验研究方面存在的不足。我国粉末涂料缺少相关的安全说明书。高标准的MSDS编制与应用,无疑显示出了企业先进的经营理念、高水准的生产和管理水平,从而有助于提升企业在国际市场上的品牌形象,走在国内粉末涂料行业的前列。
Recent years, safety problems of preparation and application of powder coatings are worldwide concerned increasingly. Analyzing safety problems in the processes of raw material selection, manufacture, use and waste disposal, we put forward safety management measures relative and point out the shortcomings presented in the safety test research of powder coatings. We should perfect the materials safety data sheet （MSDS） of powder coatings, which implies the advanced operation concept of enterprises and high-level manufacture and management and can help enterprises improve the brand influence and be the lead of the industry of powder coatings.
