摘要
从北京市街头游商贩卖盗版及非法出版物的人员构成、活动区域、活动时间、经营手段等方面的特点入手,分析了这一现象存在的主要原因,提出了治理的主要对策。
From the points of view of personal composition, movement area, movement time, management ways andothers of street vendors in Beijing who sell pirated and illegal publications, this paper makes analysis to the main causes of this phenomenon, and brings forward the main countermeasures to them.
