摘要
本文总结了体育教师面临着继续教育得不到保证、职业地位偏低和学历层次不高以及奥运知识有待加强等问题,分析了问题存在的原因,提出了解决问题的对策。
This paper summarizes the problems of physical education teacher facing, such as uncertain continuing education, low occupation position and academic background and less Olympic knowledge, analyzes the reason and puts forward the countermeasure.
