摘要
新农村建设是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,也是全面建设小康社会的重要现实使命。传统的小农经济意识与市场化下的功利主义取向是制约我国当前新农村建设的精神障碍。借鉴韩国新村建设的成功经验,审思中国乡村改造的历史业绩,当代新农村建设应该定位在精神重建上。为此,农村教育的使命是协作精神的重建、产业领袖的培植和新型农民的培养。
Building a new rural community is a significant historic task in the course of China＇s modernization, and an important realistic mission of China＇s comprehensive well - off society building as well. The consciousness of traditional small peasant economy and the utilitarian orientation under the market economy are the spiritual obstacles which restrict the process of building a new rural community in China. Learning from the successful experiences of building a new rural community in South Korean and examining the historical achievements of China＇s rural community building, we believe that building a new rural community at present should be located in spiritual reconstruction. Therefore, the mission of rural education is the reconstruction of cooperation spirit, the cultivation of rural industrial leader and the training of new farmers.
