摘要
机床造型对于提高机床产品的市场竞争力具有举足轻重的作用。针对部分国产机床造型设计在改善方向上的盲目性,将质量功能展开(QFD)模型和优化决策模型应用到机床造型再设计中。通过建立机床造型质量屋,将用户对机床造型的需求和改善要求转化为机床造型设计与制造过程中的工程措施,同时将实施各种工程措施的资源消耗情况和企业现有资源相结合,利用优化决策模型,选择出机床造型再设计的关键工程措施,使机床造型再设计在有限的资源约束下,最大程度地满足用户需求,从而提高机床产品的市场竞争力。
Machine tool modeling possesses a decisive effect on enhancing the market competitiveness of machine tools. Aimed at the blindness on improving the direction of modeling design for partial China-buih machine tools, model of quality functional development (QFD) and model of optimal decision making were let to be applied to the machine tools modeling redesign. By means of establishing the quality room of machine tool modeling, the requests of requirements and improvements of users on machine tools modeling was transformed into the engineering measures in the courses of machine tools modeling design and manufacturing, and at the same time the situation of resources consumption for implementing various engineering measures was let to be combined with the existed resources of enterprises. Utilizing the optimal decision making model to select the key engineering measures of machine tools modeling redesign thus let the machine tools modeling redesign be satisfying the needs of users in the biggest extent under the constraint of limited resources and consequently raised the market competitiveness of the machines tool products.
