厄贝沙坦与福辛普利联合用药对高血压病的疗效及左心室舒张功能的影响被引量：8

摘要目的:探讨厄贝沙坦和福辛普利联合用药的降压疗效及对左心室舒张功能的影响。方法:将113例原发性高血压病患者随机分为3组:厄贝沙坦组35例,150mg/d;福辛普利组37例,40mg/d;联合用药组41例,厄贝沙坦150mg/d与福辛普利20mg/d。疗程18个月。记录血压,检测治疗前、后左心室舒张功能的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,各治疗组均能降低血压,改善左心室舒张功能,且联合用药组较单独用药组疗效更好。结论:厄贝沙坦和福辛普利联合用药显著降低血压,改善左心室舒张功能,比单独用药效果明显,且不良反应较少。
