预制体结构对炭/炭复合材料力学性能影响 被引量:2

THE EFFECT OF PREFORM STRUCTURE ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF C/C COMPOSITES

摘要 四种用于制备炭/炭(C/C)复合材料的预制体,即1K发布叠层坯体(1#坯体),3K发布叠层坯体(4#坯体),发市+炭纸叠层坯体(2#坯体),特殊炭毡+发布叠层坯体(3#坯本),并探索了预制体结构对C/C复合材料力学性能影响.研究表明:用1#坯体制备的C/C复合材料弯曲强度最高,2#坏体制备的材料弯曲强度最低,随著炭纤维(CF)体积含量的增加,用四种坯体制备的材料弯曲强度增大。确定了弯曲强度的优化配方. Four kinds of preforms used for carbon/carbon (C/C) composites,namely preforms by folded 1K carbon cloth (1#), 3K carbon cloth (4#),carbon clothf carbon paper (2#) and special carbon felt + carbon cloth (3#) were designed in this research. The effect of preform structure on mechanical properties of C/C composites was explored. The results showed that the flexural strength of C/C composites made ftom 1# preform is maximum,that of composites made from 2# preform is minimal. The flexural strength of C/C composites from four kinds of preforms increase as the volume ftaction of carbon fibre in pre forms raises. The optimum composition of C/C composites for flexural strength was determined.
