摘要
近几年我国大中城市的房屋价格持续上涨,引起了百姓的恐慌、政府的关注和社会各界的广泛讨论。政府为了稳定房价促进社会和谐发展,出台了包括金融、税收、土地政策在内的一系列措施,但效果不显著。本文在研究政府宏观调控政策实施效果的基础上,分析了存在问题的原因,提出了进一步发挥税收调节作用,稳定房价,减少矛盾,促进社会和谐发展的建议。
China's increasing house prices in some central cities have aroused certain public panic/ widespread social discussion and government's attention recent years, A series of measures, such as monetary policy, tax policy and land policy, have been adopted to curb the surging prices for the purposes of harmonious social development, However, this effort seems no very effective, This paper analyzes the reasons therein on the basis of a research on the effectiveness in respect of the Chinese macro-control policy, As a result, it puts forwards some suggestions on how to stabilize the house prices by way of taking advantage of further tax leverage in order to settle social conflicts and develop a harmonious society
