摘要 通过试验考察了向SMBR中投加悬浮填料对系统除污效果、膜污染进程和混合液污泥浓度的影响。结果表明:投加悬浮填料可明显改善系统对COD的去除效果、延缓膜污染进程。在HSMBR中的溶解氧浓度为4~5mg/L、HRT为4h的条件下,当填料填充率分别为45%、20%和0时,系统对COD的去除率分别为75%、62%和56%;对NH3-N的去除率>90%;膜清洗周期分别为40、36和24d。投加悬浮填料可明显降低反应器内的混合液污泥浓度,减少污泥产量。 An experiment was carried out to investigate the influence of adding suspended carrier into the SMBR on the contaminant removal effect of the system, the membrane fouling process and the concentration of mixed liquor suspended solids. The results show that adding suspended carrier can im- prove the COD removal effect evidently, and retard the membrane fouling process. Under the condition of DO of 4 to 5 mg/L in HSMBR and HRT of 4 h, the COD removal rate is 75% , 62% and 56% respectively when the carrier filling rate is 45% , 20% and 0. The NH3 - N removal rate is more than 90% , and the period of membrane cleaning is 40, 36 and 24 d. Adding suspended carrier can reduce the concentration of mixed liquor suspended solids obviously, and decrease the production of sludge.
