摘要
采用季铵盐改性树脂工艺处理模拟含乳化油废水,探讨了改性树脂的制备及其在含乳化油废水处理过程中的破乳机理。试验结果表明,随着温度的升高,季铵盐与树脂在水中的接枝效率提高,在60℃时可达到94%。处理废水过程中,同未改性的树脂相比,改性树脂对油脂及浊度的去除能力较好,且与废水的pH值、液空速等因素相关。在理想的情况下,对油脂和浊度的去除率分别可以达到82.1%和61.9%。
The resin modified by quaternary amnlonium salt was used to treat simulated emulsified oil wastewater. The preparation of the modified resin and its demulsification mechanism in the treatment of emulsified oil wastewater were investigated. The results show that as the temperature rises, the graft efficiency of quaternary ammonium salt with resin in water improves evidently with 94% at 60 ℃. Compared to the non-modified resin, the removal capacity of oil and turbidity by the modified resin is better in treatment of oily wastewater, and is affected by wastewater pH, liquid space velocity and other factors. Under optimal conditions, the oil and turbidity removal efficiencies are 82.1% and 61.9% respectively.
