悬浮填料滤池取代二沉池的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 悬浮填料滤池作为传统二沉池的代用构筑物具有占地面积少、出水水质好、冲洗简便且具有一定后续生物氧化作用等优点。在填料层高度为4m、填料比表面积为162m2/m3、表面负荷为2.35~2.89m3/(m2.h)的条件下,滤池出水SS可达到《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ/T48—1999)及《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级标准。在气洗强度为10.26~15.38m3/(m2.h)、冲洗时间为15min的条件下,滤池在反冲后1~2h内可恢复过滤能力,滤池稳定运行期长达8~13d。 As a substitute for traditional secondary sedimentation tank, suspended medium filter has advantages such as less land occupancy area, good effluent quality, easy backwashing and subsequent bio-oxidation. When the height of media layer is 4 m, the specific surface area of media is 162 m^2/m^3 and the surface load is 2.35 to 2.89 m^3/(m^2·h), the concentration of suspended solids in the effluent can achieve the requirement of Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard ( CJ/T 48 - 1999 ) and first level criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002). When the intensity of the air washing is 10.26 to 15.38 m^3/( m^2 · h), and the backwashing time is 15 minutes, the filter can recover its capability after backwashing of 1 to 2 hours. The stable working period of the filter is 8 to 13 days.
