摘要
以苦荞(Fagopyrum tataricum(L.)Gaerth)为供试材料,采用水培方法,研究了不同浓度Fe3+对苦荞幼苗生理活性的影响。结果表明,当Fe3+浓度逐渐增大时,根中丙二醛(MDA)含量先降低后升高,叶中MDA含量一直呈上升趋势;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐增强;根中过氧化物酶(POD)活性先逐渐升高后降低,而叶中POD活性逐渐升高;根中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先增高后降低,叶中SOD活性逐渐增强;细胞色素氧化酶(CO)活性逐渐降低。
Effects of the different concentration of Fe^3+ on membrane lipid peroxidation and activity of endogenous protective enzymes in tratary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaerth) were studied. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of Fe^3+ , the contents of MDA in roots decreased at first then increased, the contents of MDA in leaves increased gradually; the activity of catalase (CAT) increased; the activity of peroxidase (POD) in roots increased then decreased, but the activity of POD in leaves increased; the activity of superoxide dismutatase (SOD) increased at first then decreased in roots, but increased in leaves; and the activity of cytochrome-oxidase (CO) decreased.
