摘要
葡萄斑叶蝉是威胁新疆葡萄生产的重要害虫。针对其田间为害特点,选用5个葡萄品种,研究了葡萄斑叶蝉为害与葡萄品种营养物质的关系。结果表明,不同葡萄品种之间葡萄斑叶蝉的虫口密度与叶片被害指数差异明显,经方差分析达极显著水平。对葡萄斑叶蝉的虫口密度、叶片被害指数与葡萄叶片中营养物质含量进行回归分析表明,葡萄斑叶蝉的虫口密度与单宁的含量呈负相关关系(r=-0.9845,P<0.01),叶片被害指数与单宁的含量呈负相关关系(r=-0.9155,P<0.05),与粗蛋白含量也呈负相关关系(r=-0.9261,P<0.05)。在17种氨基酸中,葡萄斑叶蝉的虫口密度与各氨基酸的含量无显著相关关系,但叶片被害指数与赖氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸的含量呈负相关关系(r=-0.9389,P<0.05;r=-0.8925,P<0.05;r=-0.8905,P<0.05)。
Grape leafhopper, Erythroneura apicalis Nawa, is one of important pests in grape growth area in Xinjiang. Based on the damage characters of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa, the correlation of injury symptoms of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa with the leaf chemicals of grape varieties was studied. The result showed that there was obvious difference between nymphal density of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa and the leaf damage index of various grape varieties. The correlation of the leaf damaged indexes and the leaf chemicals of grape varieties were analysisied by liner regression method. Ny- mphal density of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa had been identified to be opposite correlation with tannin (r=-0. 9845, P〈0.01). The leaf damaged index had been identified to be opposite correlation with contents of both tannin (r=-0. 9155, P〈0. 05) and protein (r=-0. 9261, P〈0.05). The contents of lysine, alanine and arginine among 17 kinds of amino acids had been identified to be opposite correlation with the leaf damage index (r=-0.9389, P〈0. 05; r=-0.8925, P〈0.05; r=-0. 8905, P〈0.05) respectively. But nymphal density of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa had no significant relationship with 17 kinds of amino acids.
