摘要
针对挤出机温控系统大滞后、时变、非线性、扰动多的特点,为了提高温控系统的控制精度与响应速度,在挤出机温度控制过程中,以中空吹塑挤出机温控系统为研究对象,提出了一种智能 PID 控制算法,使挤出机温度控制可以按区段进行不同算法的调节,既具有控制的快速性,又具有迟滞(死区)控制的稳定性和抗干扰能力。实现智能PID 控制策略的关键是控制区间合理的划分与区间参数的有效整定。结果表明:该温控系统更能适应单螺杆挤出机工作现场各种难以预料的情况,较好地满足温控系统的要求。
In this paper an intelligent PID control arithmetic was provided according to the long delay, time dependence, non linearity and multi-perturbations characteristics of extruders, in order to improve the controlling precision and response speed of the high temperature control system and satisfy the high quality production. It will adjust the extruder temperature according to the section and with different arithmetic, so that it can not only be equipped with controlling rapidity but also have the retarded controlling stability and anti-Jamming ability. The key points of the intelligent control strategy are properly divided control interval and the interval parameter validity setting. Finally, it can make the temperature control systems of extruders much more suitable for uncertain circumstance and satisfy the requirement of the temperature control precision.
