摘要
作者说，在目前转变经济增长方式的讨论中，一种比较流行的观点认为，转变经济增长方式就是变劳动密集型经济为资本密集型和技术密集型经济。以此为依据，外贸领域内抑制和否定劳动密集型产品出口的观点日渐突出。作者对此持不同看法，认为转变经济增长方式不能否定劳动密集型经济，在今后较长的一段时间内劳动密集型产品的出口仍需大力发展。
In the present discussion about change economic growth mode, the wide-spread opinion is that changing economic growth mode is to transform labour-intensive economy into capital-and-technology-intensive economy, and consequently we should limit the export of labour-intensive products in foreign trade. The author has the opposite view that we can't deny Labour-intensive economy in the transformation of economic growth mode, and we should develop the export of labour-intensive products in a longer period.
