摘要
运用对比法和个案分析法,探讨目前我国女篮核心后卫技术训练方面所存在的主要问题。结果显示,快速、灵活、全面、准确已不再是我国女篮所特有的技术风格,而已成为世界优秀女篮球队的一种共性;现阶段我国优秀核心后卫在国际大赛中的技术运用能力与前国手以及欧洲强队和WNBA强队的核心后卫的差距非常明显,缺乏在高质量对抗和快速的攻防转换节奏下稳定的技术运用,尤其表现在支配球能力,篮板球能力和防守抢断能力方面。认为拥有明显的技术风格,鲜明的特长技术(绝招)是核心后卫队员能跻身于世界高水平行列的重要条件。
This paper mainly uses the methods of comparative and case study to find the questions among the training of Chinese female basketball point guards.The results show that fast, flexible,all-around and accurate character are not belong to the Chinese female basketball players and became a commonness to all of the top teams;the technical application ability of domestic players are very lower than the foreigners. The special technology is a very important factor for the point guard player.
