摘要
建设社会主义新农村,是构建和谐社会的前提之一,也是我国现代化建设进程中的重大历史任务。扩大基层民主,搞好村民自治,确保广大农民群众依法行使当家作主的权利,并把加强基层民主法治建设作为当前和今后一个时期建设新农村的重点工作。鉴于此,本文旨在对我国农村法治建设仍然存在农村法治主体,农民法治意识落后,村民自治制度在实践中存在缺陷,健全农村法治机制,加强司法救济以及司法公正现象存在的问题等方面作出法律思考。
Building a new socialist countryside is one of the premises to construct a harmonious society, and also an important historic task in our modernization process. The paper discusses the problems and drawbacks existing in the governing by law in the rural areas.
