基于ITSM的计算机实验室管理

摘要 随着高校计算机教育的深入发展,计算机实验室管理模式的落后成为发展的瓶颈。信息技术服务管理(ITSM)作为IT运维部门的管理平台,它出现的背景、根本目的及作用为建立针对计算机实验室功能特征的新型运作机制提供了开阔的思路。针对计算机实验室管理模式落后的现状,如果借助IT服务管理思想理念,对计算机实验室的建设与运行模式改革进行规划,完善实验室管理体系,将使之更加灵活地适应教学和科研业务的需求。 Nowadays, Computer science education in the university develops rapidly, However, the computer laboratory's management cannot catch up with the fast development, which has actually become the bottleneck of the development. As a platform of management of IT performance and maintenance department, the ITSM's background, goals and function offer new ideas of running mechanism of computer labs. If we borrow the IT service and management's idea to deal with the behindhand of computer labs management, to analyze the current problem of computer lab management, and to design an improved method which is more suitable in the current computer lab's management and construction, the system will be more flexible to accelerate the instructor's work.
