摘要
在简要说明柴油机低惯量闭式喷油器调压垫片厚度自动测定原理之后，就测试系统的主要组成，性能特点及各部分的设计要点作了介绍，并根据测试要求，对液压供喷及电子、电气控制系统中与整机性能有着重要影响的内容作了重点说明．最后，对喷油器调压及垫片厚度的测试结果作了评析．
Explained briefly is the principle on the automatic measurement ofregulating washer for small inertial fuel injector and the components, featuresand key points in their design for the measuring system are introduced- Accord-ing to the requirements of measurement, emphasis is laid on contents having im-portant effect on the device characteristics in the hydraulic injection system, andin the electronic and electrical system. Finally the measured results are in detailanalyzed of pressure regulation and is evaluated by means of the washer thick-ness.
