摘要
电压骤降作为现代电能质量的主要问题之一,会带来巨大的经济损失,需要科学的方法进行经济评估。本文将质量工程理论中质量损失函数和信噪比技术引入电压骤降经济损失的评估中,提出用逆正态质量损失函数描述单类别骤降的经济损失,用信噪比技术进行多类别损失的综合,得到综合的电压骤降经济损失函数,并引入了骤降损失指数,作为电能质量评估的重要参数。最后用一个5节点的35kV配电系统作为仿真算例,研究结果表明,该方法能够有效地评估电压骤降的经济损失水平,可以为电能质量评估、改善和电能按质定价提供有益的理论指导。
Voltage sags, one of the modem Power Quality (PQ) issues, may cause tremendous economic loss, which needs scientific method to evaluate. This paper introduces quality loss function and SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) of Quality Engineering to assess it. The inverted normal probability loss function is applied to describe the loss of single-sort sags, where SNR is adopted to synthesize multiple sorts of losses together. The concept of index of sag-caused loss is proposed, too, which is an important parameter for PQ evaluation. At last, a five-node 35kV distribution system is used to verify the proposed approach. The result shows that this method could effectively assess the financial loss caused by sags and be an effective instruction for PQ evaluation and electricity pricing.
