摘要
文献报道癌干细胞(CSC)自身具有干细胞(SC)样自我更新和增殖潜能,可表达SC类似的某些标志物。Hh(Hedgehog),Wnt/beta-catenin和Notch等通路调节异常或持续活化很可能与CSC的形成有关,使成体正常SC转化为CSC,在肿瘤发生发展中起关键作用。对CSC信号通路及其分子标志物的研究,有利于进一步探索癌症发生、转移、耐药性以及预后相关的分子机制,寻找新的有效的肿瘤靶向治疗靶点。
Many reports suggested that cancer stem cell (CSC) possessed stem cell (SC)-like self-renewal properties and proliferative potentials, also expressed some of SC-like markers. The deregnlation and activation of some signal transduction pathways including Hh (Hedgehog), Wnt/beta-catenin and Notch might be involved in the genesis of CSC. The deregulation of these pathways might lead normal stem cells to transform into CSCs and could play important roles in tumorigenesis and cancer progress. The further research on the signal pathways as well as the markers of CSC will approach to insight molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis, metastasis, drug resistance and poor prognosis of cancer so as to develop new tumor-targeted therapies.
